Mental Health First Aid Workshop

In this online workshop, you will learn how to identify, understand, and respond to early signs of mental health emergencies from an anti-oppressive and trauma-informed lens. You will come away with fundamental tools on how to help people in distress until they can get the professional care they may need.

This is an interactive workshop. Be prepared to have your camera on for breakout rooms and experientials. 

You will receive a supplemental worksheet to support the materials of the workshop. 

You must be available to attend the entirety of the workshop.
