About Me

Service is my compass, and I move through the world with a deep passion for love and healing.

When asked what I wanted to be when I grew up, by the age of 9 I was already saying a therapist. I have been blessed with the knowing of what I want to be since I was a child. And really at my core the calling has always been to be of service to the light of others. To find the places of shadows with them, and love them back to the light.
I have a Master's in Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in Contemplative Psychotherapy and Buddhist Psychology from Naropa University. I am also a certified Indigenous Focusing-Oriented Therapy practitioner and certified Yoga teacher. My studies have led me to natural medicines and somatic healing modalities. My offerings are an integration of all I have learned.

I am a second-generation immigrant from Quisqueya. My great grandmothers were the curandera and bruja of their little town. Though their teachings were not passed down directly, I am re-membering their magic in the ways they come through me. Dominicans have a complexity of identities due to colonization. From what is remembered, my ancestry is mixed with Taino, West African, Spanish, and Turkish.

Life has gifted me with many opportunities of death and rebirth, journeys to the underworld and back, deep healing initiations. I have been blessed to always, no matter how dark, walk with love. As a Human Design profile 3/5, Manifesting Generator, with the Right Angle Cross of the Vessel of Love, my purpose is to be the Embodiment of Love and teach others the lessons from the mistakes that I have made.
(if you haven't gotten into human design yet, check it out!)
Throughout my journey I have listened to this calling from the depths of my gut, gathering my intuitions, gifts, and experiences. I have called it many things before— healer, transformational coach, light being, poet, sacred space holder... and now a shepherd to the shore of liberation.

Healing Orientation
My only agenda is connection

My only agenda is connection
As a Buddhist, I believe everyone is whole and good at their core.
My practice is to guide you back to yourself, to your body, and to your inherent wisdom.
I am fat, queer, and neurodivergent positive. I am trained in trauma recovery. I go at the pace you need to go-always making sure we have consent from all your parts.
Studies show that the relationship between practitioner and client is the biggest predictor of success for the client. I am connection based, as in my priority is to always be in authentic connection with my clients.
Everyone's healing journey is their personal puzzle. There isn't one formula or one quick fix, as much as we would like there to be. With the tools and expertise I hold, I guide you to discovering your personal healing puzzle pieces.
