Taking social media breaks is like a secret superpower.

It is a portal.

An opening of space.

It brings back so much energy, clarity, and presence to your day-to-day life.

It’s a reminder of what life feels like outside the media web.

It resets your dopamine, softens the craving for that constant hit.

It gives you access to The Silence—the space in between, when everything gets quiet.

There, your intuition, spirit guides, ancestors, and God can speak.

It opens the doorway to The Mystery—where anything can unfold.

When you’re bored, when you’re lingering in the in-between without reaching for your phone, you meet The Silence and The Mystery itself.

That space is so rich with potential.
